Tangy Apple and Leek Salad

There are so many wonderful dishes from Poland, but I thought this simple salad would be easy to make and refreshing.

Ingredients

2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
2 leeks, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Watercress
Romaine (2 heads)

Directions

Combine the first four ingredients and arrange on the greens
